- Online Seat Acceptance & Reporting: Candidates who are allotted a seat must download their allotment letter and physically report to the designated college. This process, which includes online seat acceptance and physical reporting, is scheduled to take place from August 9 to August 18, 2025. This long window provides ample time for candidates to complete all formalities.
- Document Verification: During the physical reporting, candidates must present all their original documents for verification. The documents required typically include the NEET UG Admit Card, NEET UG Scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates, a valid ID proof, and category/PwD certificates if applicable. A Provisional Allotment Letter from the MCC website is also mandatory.
- Options After Reporting: At the time of reporting, candidates will have a choice:
- Free Exit: A candidate who is not satisfied with the allotted seat can opt for a "Free Exit" without forfeiting their security deposit. However, they will be considered a new registration for the next round.
- Upgradation: Candidates who have accepted their seat but wish to be considered for a better-preferred college in Round 2 can opt for upgradation at the time of reporting.
Round 2 Counselling Schedule
The schedule for subsequent rounds is also in place, with the registration for Round 2 of counselling set to begin from August 21 to August 26, 2025.
